At Fabfashionz, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders quickly and in perfect condition. That’s why we work with a reliable network of courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 6 hours of receiving payment.
Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within 48 hours of processing.
Delivery Timeframe: Products are typically delivered within 5–7 working days.

Note: While we strive to deliver earlier than the estimated date, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We take pride in our product quality and service. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or wrongly delivered items.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
Inner packaging must be intact — if it's tampered with, please do not accept the parcel.

All sales are final. Items are non-refundable.
Combo offers, gift sets, and custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Fabfashionz reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified promptly and refunded if applicable.
