weavers. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a
smooth shopping experience.
Returns
Due to the nature of handcrafted and
traditional garments, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Product received is defective or has a
manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Significant discrepancy between the product
ordered and the product received.
Return
Request Timeline
- Return requests must be raised within 24
hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photographs and
an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery
may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable
Items
The following products are not
eligible for return:
- Customized or altered products.
- Sarees with fall and pico completed.
- Stitched blouses or customized blouse
stitching orders.
- Products purchased during special sales,
clearance sales, or promotional offers.
- Products damaged due to improper handling
after delivery.
- Minor irregularities in handloom, handwoven,
zari, weaving, color, texture, or motifs, which are characteristic features
of handmade products.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following
cases:
- Damaged product received.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Manufacturing defects.
Exchange
Conditions
- Exchange requests must be submitted
within 24-72 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and
returned with original packaging and tags intact.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement product
is unavailable, customers may choose store credit or a refund.
Refund
Policy
Once the returned item is received
and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed
within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original
payment method used during purchase.
- International bank processing times may vary
depending on the payment provider.
