At Fabfashionz.com, we take pride in offering authentic Indian ethnic wear and handcrafted

sarees sourced directly from skilled artisans and weavers. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

Due to the nature of handcrafted and traditional garments, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Product received is defective or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Significant discrepancy between the product ordered and the product received.

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Sarees with fall and pico completed.
  • Stitched blouses or customized blouse stitching orders.
  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Minor irregularities in handloom, handwoven, zari, weaving, color, texture, or motifs, which are characteristic features of handmade products.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Manufacturing defects.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24-72 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose store credit or a refund.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • International bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

After Dispatch
